#### **OCM Banana Store FAQ:**

* Shipping for merch purchased using Bananas is currently available only within the U.S.
* The OCM merch collection by Bananas is exclusive to OCM Genesis and Katoshi NFT holders. There is a limit of 1 per item per verified OCM holder.  (Verified OCM holders are Genesis/Katoshi holders who have [connected their accounts to the OCM website](/wiki/navigating-ocm-website-and-discord/connect-your-accounts-to-ocm.md) and [verified their Genesis/Katoshi NFT ownership](broken://pages/thk6ZeIPtoIcig31Munv) on the OCM Discord `#get-holder-roles`.)
* Orders are sent to our vendor weekly for fulfillment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for order fulfillment and shipment arrival.
* Check your Inbox and Junk/Spam folders for any emails from Aced Out / America's Finest Apparel.

  * **I received the wrong or damaged merch. What should I do?**\
    We’re sorry you received the wrong or damaged item. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
  * #### **What’s your return and exchange policy?**
