  • Is the wallet browser pop-up window hidden behind your browser window? e.g. For MetaMask wallet extensions installed on Firefox, a tiny blue notification can be found for items awaiting action in the MetaMask pop-up window. These pop-ups can be hidden behind maximized browser windows.

  • In the browser you're logging onto the OCM website, does it have the wallet extension to the wallet account(s) holding your OCM assets installed or turned on?

  • Are browser pop-ups enabled on your browser for your installed wallet extension?

  • Are your desktop/mobile operating system (OS), browser and wallet extension running the latest version updates?

  • Clear your browser history and cache (also known as a browser refresh). Restart your desktop or mobile device.
