OCM Banana Store FAQ:

  • Shipping for merch purchased using Bananas is currently available only within the U.S.

  • The OCM merch collection by Bananas is exclusive to OCM Genesis and Karma NFT holders. There is a limit of 1 per item per verified OCM holder. (Verified OCM holders are Genesis/Karma holders who have connected their accounts to the OCM website and verified their Genesis/Karma NFT ownership on the OCM Discord #get-holder-roles.)

  • Orders are sent to our vendor weekly for fulfillment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for order fulfillment and shipment arrival.

  • Check your Inbox and Junk/Spam folders for any emails from Aced Out / America's Finest Apparel.

  • If you have any questions about your merch for Bananas order, please contact us at "Questions About Your OCM Merch Order?" with your Order ID within 2 weeks of the estimated delivery date.

    • I received the wrong or damaged merch. What should I do? We’re sorry you received the wrong or damaged item. Please contact us here with your Order ID, photos of incorrect or damaged items and any additional details you may have about your order within 1 week of receiving your order. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

    • What’s your return and exchange policy?

      We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s anything wrong with your shipment, please let us know here with your Order ID, photo of the items and any additional details within 1 week of receiving your order. We’ll help sort it out.

  • OCM-branded Ledgers are purchased, fulfilled and shipped directly from Ledger, not from any of our merch vendors.
