In the OCM Merch Store, you'll find OCM merch available for purchase by Bananas exclusively to Genesis and Karma NFT holders.
Begin your OCM merch shopping experience by connecting your accounts to the OCM Monkeyverse website.
Shipping is currently available only within the United States.
Please allot 2-3 weeks for merch order fulfillment to parcel arrival.
[COVID-19] Fulfillment and shipping times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things return to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry grapples with these challenges.
Please help us with the following:
- Has it been more than 2 weeks since the estimated delivery date?
- Check your order OCM Merch Store checkout confirmation printout/screenshot and our fulfillment vendor's shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the shipping address
- Check your Inbox and Junk/Spam folders for any emails from our fulfillment vendor, Aced Out (America's Finest Apparel)
- Contact your neighbors in case the courier mistakenly left the package with them
- Ask your local courier/branch if they have your package
If the above is verified and you still haven’t received your order, please contact us at "Questions About Your OCM Merch Order?" with your Order ID no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

The OCM merch collection is exclusive to OCM Genesis holders. There is a limit of 1 per item per verified OCM holder. (Verified OCM holders are Genesis holders who have verified their Genesis ownership in Discord, and have a Discord OCM holder role assigned.)
You will receive an email from our fulfillment vendor as items in your order are fulfilled (shipped 2-3 days after), and if there are issues on the status of your order. Please check your email inbox and junk/spam folders for any updates.
We’re sorry you received the wrong or damaged item. Please contact us here with your Order ID, photos of incorrect or damaged items and any additional details you may have about your order within 1 week of receiving your order. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s anything wrong with your shipment, please let us know here with your Order ID, photo of the items and any additional details within 1 week of receiving your order. We’ll help sort it out.
