OCM Banana Store FAQ:
Shipping for merch purchased using Bananas is currently available only within the U.S.
The OCM merch collection by Bananas is exclusive to OCM Genesis and Karma NFT holders. There is a limit of 1 per item per verified OCM holder. (Verified OCM holders are Genesis/Karma holders who have connected their accounts to the OCM website and verified their Genesis/Karma NFT ownership on the OCM Discord

I received the wrong or damaged merch. What should I do? We’re sorry you received the wrong or damaged item. Please contact us here with your Order ID, photos of incorrect or damaged items and any additional details you may have about your order within 1 week of receiving your order. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

We currently ship to the following countries: Asia: China, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand Europe: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom Middle East: UAE North America: Canada, United States South America: Brazil Oceania: Australia OCM is regularly adding new countries to our distribution based on community demand.
For orders shipping outside the U.S., please note that you may be responsible for VAT, duties or other import taxes upon shipment arrival.
Please allow order shipment arrival in 4-6 weeks from the 2-week pre-order close as items will be produced then shipped.
If you have any questions about your fiat merch order, please submit your inquiry via the Contact page with your Order ID. Our Los Angeles, CA based vendor will reply within 1 business day.
OCM-branded Ledgers are purchased, fulfilled and shipped directly from Ledger, not from any of our merch vendors.
